Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Vive Natural is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 7 days if order is not received.
1.) We are not responsible for the delivery problems which are out of our control such as delay on the part of shipping company.

Shipped Orders:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after they are received. If there is a situation which prevents us from keeping our regular shipping times, you will be informed as soon as possible.
1.) Please note that packages are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday. If you place an order during the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
2.)Orders are sent with a tracking number with delivery confirmation which dictates a date and time of delivery. If you would like a signature confirmation, please email us at

Where Orders Are Shipped To:
Orders are shipped to the address listed as "ship to" on your receipt. If you pay using PayPal your order will only be sent to the address you designate in your PayPal receipt as "ship to address". Our shipping labels are generated automatically from the information you put on your receipt. It is very important to be cautious when filling this information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
You are responsible for the accuracy of your delivery address. If you provide an incorrect address, or are missing an apartment number or other information (street, zip, etc.), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
1.) We won’t be liable for packages lost by your address error.

Lost Packages:
All orders are shipped with a tracking number showing date, time and place where it was delivered. If you have questions about a package, contact us and we will be happy to provide proof of delivery. In these cases, you are 100% responsible for that package.
